TECTRA — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tectra online
shop and all purchases made through it. By placing an order,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1. SCOPE & APPLICABILITY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the
Tectra online shop by consumers and, where applicable, by
business customers. A consumer is any natural person who
enters into a transaction for purposes that are primarily
outside their trade, business, or professional activity.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any deviating,
conflicting, or supplementary terms of the customer shall not
form part of the contract unless expressly agreed to in writing
by Tectra.

Tectra reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions
at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order
shall govern the contract.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Tectra sells custom-made 3D-printed products, including
cardholders and home accessories. All products are manufactured
individually on demand following receipt of an order.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website
are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort
to ensure accuracy, but minor variations in colour, texture,
or finish may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing
process and individual display settings.

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event
that a product cannot be manufactured or delivered after an
order has been placed, Tectra will notify you promptly and
issue a full refund of any payments made.

3. ORDERING PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Step 1 — Browsing
You browse the shop and select the desired products without
any obligation.

Step 2 — Shopping Cart
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not constitute
a binding offer or order.

Step 3 — Checkout & Order Submission
By clicking the final "Buy" or "Place Order" button at
checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items
in your cart at the stated prices.

Step 4 — Order Confirmation
You will receive an automated order confirmation email
shortly after placing your order. This email confirms
receipt of your order but does not yet constitute
acceptance of your offer by Tectra.

Step 5 — Contract Formation
A binding purchase contract is formed when Tectra sends
a separate shipping confirmation email indicating that
your order has been dispatched, or when production of
your item has commenced — whichever occurs first.

Tectra reserves the right to decline any order at its
discretion, for example in the event of pricing errors,
suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil the order. In such
cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

4. PRICES & TAXES
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

All prices displayed in the Tectra online shop are final
prices stated in Euro (EUR).

As Tectra is operated as a Junior Company and does not
currently meet the threshold for VAT registration under
Austrian tax law, prices are not subject to VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and
will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout
based on your delivery destination. The total amount due,
including any applicable shipping costs, will be clearly
shown before you complete your order.

Tectra reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
The price applicable at the time of your order shall apply.

5. PAYMENT
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Payment is due immediately upon placing your order. We accept
the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Klarna
- Mastercard
- Visa

All payment transactions are processed securely by the
respective payment service providers. Tectra does not store
or process full payment details such as card numbers. By
selecting a payment method at checkout, you agree to the
terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

In the event of payment failure or non-payment, Tectra
reserves the right to cancel your order.

6. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

All Tectra products are manufactured on demand following
receipt of your order. Orders are typically dispatched within
3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timeframes from order placement:

Germany: 5–10 business days
Austria & Switzerland: 7–12 business days
EU (other countries): 8–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery
dates. Delays may occur due to carrier workloads, public
holidays, or other circumstances outside of Tectra's control.
Tectra shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused
by third-party carriers.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at
checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete
and correct. Tectra cannot be held responsible for failed
deliveries or additional costs resulting from an incorrect
or incomplete address.

Risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to
the customer upon handover to the carrier.

7. SHIPPING CARRIERS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Tectra ships via Senddrop, a multi-carrier shipping platform.
Your order may be dispatched through one of several partner
carriers depending on your location. You will receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking information once
your order has been dispatched.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

All products sold by Tectra are manufactured individually
on demand according to customer orders. These products are
classified as custom-made goods under applicable consumer
protection law.

In accordance with § 18 (1) No. 3 of the Austrian Distance
and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) and the equivalent
provision under Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil
Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply
to custom-made products produced specifically to the
customer's order.

There is no right of return for any Tectra product once
the order has been placed and production has commenced.

Please review your order carefully before completing your
purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior
to ordering, contact us at kontakt.tectra@gmail.com before
placing your order.

9. DEFECTIVE GOODS & COMPLAINTS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Notwithstanding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal
under Section 8, your statutory warranty rights under
Austrian law remain unaffected.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not
correspond to your order, please contact us within 14 days
of receipt at kontakt.tectra@gmail.com. Include the following:

- Your order number
- A description of the defect or issue
- Photographs of the affected product

We will assess your claim promptly. If the defect is
confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may
include replacement, repair, or — where neither is possible —
a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 14 days of receipt may not be
accepted.

10. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an item that does not match your order,
please contact us immediately at kontakt.tectra@gmail.com
with your order number and a description of the item received.

Tectra accepts full responsibility in such cases and will
arrange for the correct item to be produced and dispatched
at no additional cost to you.

11. LIABILITY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Tectra shall be liable without limitation for damages
resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as
for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross
negligence.

For all other damages resulting from a slightly negligent
breach of a material contractual obligation, liability shall
be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the type
of contract at the time of conclusion.

Tectra shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of
profit, or consequential losses arising from the use of
our products, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Tectra's liability for the products is limited to the
purchase price of the respective order.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, images, graphics, texts, and other
content on the Tectra website are the intellectual property
of Tectra or its respective rights holders and are protected
under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or other use
of this content without the prior written consent of Tectra
is strictly prohibited.

13. DATA PROTECTION

Tectra processes your personal data exclusively in accordance
with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection
legislation, in particular the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for
full details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

Our Privacy Policy is available in the Tectra online shop.

14. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

These Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded through
the Tectra online shop are governed exclusively by Austrian
law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for
the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers domiciled within the European Union, the
mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in
which the consumer is habitually resident shall apply in
addition to Austrian law, where these provide greater
protection.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or
in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any purchase
contract shall be the competent court at the registered
address of Tectra in Eferding, Austria, to the extent
permitted by law.

15. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online
dispute resolution (ODR), accessible at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Tectra is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution
proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We do,
however, encourage customers to contact us directly at
kontakt.tectra@gmail.com in the event of any dispute, as
we aim to resolve all issues promptly and amicably.

16. SEVERABILITY
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or
become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or
unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid
provision that most closely reflects the economic intent
of the original provision.
