TECTRA — SHIPPING CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All products offered in the Tectra online shop are custom-made
items produced individually on demand using 3D printing technology.
Orders are processed and dispatched in the order they are received.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping conditions outlined
below.

2. PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIME

Since every Tectra product is manufactured individually after your
order is placed, please allow for a production period before
dispatch. Orders are typically processed and handed over to the
shipping carrier within 3–5 business days.
Total estimated delivery time from order placement:
- Germany: 5–10 business days
- Austria & Switzerland: 7–12 business days
- EU (other countries): 8–14 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on carrier
workload, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances. You will
be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following regions:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- European Union member states
We do not ship to countries outside of these regions at this time.
If your country is not listed and you would like to inquire about
a possible delivery, please contact us directly at
kontakt.tectra@gmail.com and we will assess the options for you.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

Tectra ships via Senddrop, a multi-carrier shipping platform.
Depending on your location and order details, your package may
be dispatched through one of several partner carriers. The
carrier will be selected automatically to ensure the most
reliable and efficient delivery for your region.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email including a tracking number where available.
You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery
directly on the respective carrier's website.
5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery
destination and the total weight of your order.

All prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable
taxes. Customs duties or import fees for deliveries outside the
European Union (e.g. Switzerland) may apply and are the
responsibility of the recipient.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will
receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking
information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link
to become active after you receive this email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10
business days of placing your order, please contact us at
kontakt.tectra@gmail.com with your order number.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, a notification
will be left at your address. Please follow the instructions
provided to arrange re-delivery or collection from the designated
pickup point. Tectra cannot be held responsible for packages
that are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts caused
by an incorrect address or failure to collect.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the
condition with photos before opening the package and contact us
within 14 days of receipt at kontakt.tectra@gmail.com. Include
your order number and photos of the damage so we can file a
claim with the carrier and find a solution for you.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an item that does not match your order, or if
part of your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days
of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue promptly
and at no additional cost to you.
8. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS

All Tectra products are manufactured individually on demand and
are therefore classified as custom-made goods. In accordance with
Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the
statutory right of withdrawal and return does not apply to
these products.
Please review your order carefully before completing your
purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to
ordering, do not hesitate to reach out to us before placing
your order.
9. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout
is complete and correct. Tectra cannot be held liable for delays
or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address
provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after
placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at
kontakt.tectra@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it
before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once production
or shipping has begun.
